This is important because people tend to check some page in their mobile phone while they are away from the PC of laptop, or while they are trying to kill some time. Your regular website is set up for a regular web browser, and for all intents and purposes a mobile device accessing the internet does not have that same web browser quality. They are smaller, has a different shapes and sizes, and would not be able to display your regular site. The mobile site should be a much more simplified version of the regular website.

2. E-Commerce Sites, to make sure that you can reach the customers easily, so that they can buy the products easily.
3. News Driven Sites and Blogs, so the viewers and audience can get their up to date information fast. The mobile site can help you accomplish this goal.
